Downloads or Vouchers
For orders that contain vouchers or Pattern downloads only, we do not charge shipping costs. The Pattern downloads are available in the download section of your online account.
For orders that also contain shipping items, the costs of the respective shipping class is charged.

Deliveries outside of Germany
We calculate the shipping costs for outside of Germany according to shipping weight.
The shipping weight is including packaging material, which is about 200gr.
The price does not include any applicable taxes and custom duties.
